We recently spotted “6 Afro-Latinas Who Are Changing the World” on Latina.com.

The slideshow lists Afro-Latinas who are making a difference as activists, business professionals and more. Some of the names included are Miriam Jimenez Roman, Soledad O’Brien and Zoe Saldana. And it’s up to help celebrate Black History Month.

This is the kind of celebration of our community we love to see at Los Afro-Latinos.
